“I began working with Tina a year ago to help me improve my strength as I trained to run my first Ultra-marathon trail race (50k). When I achieved that goal and beat my goal race time, I called upon Tina once more a few months later to help me achieve a different goal. I found myself in a situation of recovering from a broken back.
