What is Tabata Bootcamp?

 Tabata bootcamp takes this same philosophy of 20 second high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest. Several stations, usually 4-5, are set up with different exercises.  The exercise will be repeated 5 times with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  There will be a 2.5 minute rest period before moving on to the next station in order for your heart rate to go back to normal.  Come try your first session of one of our bootcamps at no cost, you are guaranteed to be hooked.
