Strength Training/Tabata:

This class is a mix of strength training and tabata exercises to enhance your overall fitness.

NOTE: No classes between February 18-24, 2020 inclusive.

  • Mondays 7:00-8:00 am; 7:15-8:15 pm
  • Tuesdays 9:15-10:15 am
  • Wednesdays 7:15-8:15 pm
  • Thursdays 7:00-8:00 am
  • Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am
  • Drop in is welcome.
